I wasn't sure whether this was the correct sub for this type of question but I thought it may be the best option.
My Dad has a 13" 2011 MBP and since we changed internet providers (Sky to BT) his internet constantly disconnects. We have tried every possible way and to no avail it is still not working, we've now resorted to a full re-install and it is still disconnecting.
Has anyone had any other issues or know how to fix this?
Just to mention, we have other Apple devices connected to the same network with no issues.
