OS X 10.9.3 Public Launch Imminent

The latest OS X beta, 10.9.3, may see a public release within the next few days, as AppleCare employees have received a fresh build of the beta. The last build seeded to developers was 13D55, but as noted by 9to5Mac, employees have been given build 13D62, which suggests the beta is nearing the end states of testing.
Quote:
The OS X Mavericks 10.9.3 Update is recommended for all Mavericks users. It improves the stability, compatibility, and security of your Mac.

This update:

- Improves 4K display support on Mac Pro (Late 2013) and MacBook Pro with 15-inch Retina Display (Late 2013)
- Adds the ability to sync contacts and calendars between a Mac and iOS device using a USB connection
- Improves the reliability of VPN connections using IPsec
- Includes Safari 7.0.3

For detailed information about this update, please visit: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT6228
For detailed information about the security content of this update, please visit: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1222
10.9.3 will include improved 4K display support, enabling a HiDPI "Retina" scaling option for 4K monitors used with the 2013 Mac Pro and the 2013 Retina MacBook Pro, along with a 60Hz refresh rate.

It is unclear exactly when the beta might be released, but it could be as soon as this afternoon.

Finally, my iCal only has the last couple months synced up, anything previous and it's completely blank on the iPhone.

Great news! Hoping there is a Retina ACD ready for WWDC.

Does anyone know if the nMP is capable of driving a 27" 5120x2880 display at 60Hz though?

I think that's a setting you can change - by default the iphone only syncs the last months details. I guess it figures why would you want old appointments?

Yes, and 7.0.3 is also included in the 10.9.2 Security update in addition to being available as a standalone download.

I've seen some articles say the improved 4K support is for the "2013 Macbook Pro" and I've seen others say its only for the 15" model. Which is correct?

Edit: Nevermind, it appears Apple's information specifically calls out the 15" model.

I thought this was a SMC or NVRAM problem, especially if you had a version of OS X < 10.9.0 on your machine.

Does the Dell UP2414Q work at 60Hz with a Radeon 7950 in the most recent builds of 10.9.3? I haven't seen a straight answer anywhere.

I've had the same issues with 10.9.0, 10.9.1, and 10.9.2. I hope 10.9.3 fixes them (late 2013 Retina MacBook Pro).

* semi-random kernel panics when using VMware Fusion (possible VMware's fault).

* Bluetooth just "dies". It stops working, and I cannot turn it off to try and toggle it off/on. I have to reboot.

You think this update will finally bring fingerprint sensors and sapphire glass to my 2012 iMac?

Thanks
