Have anyone tried iExplorer from Macropant? is it reliable? I need to back up text messages from my iPhone into my MacPro and this application seems to do the job. Comments?

I use it for work and it works great to accessing information from your iPhone that you can't get to through iTunes. Saves text messages as either their cute little blurbs in file format of your choice, or as text files. Does voicemail and videos stored on your phone.
