Hey guys,
I just have a little concern about Iphone5 ringtones, i made my custom ringtones and then i transferred them to my iphone using Itools program, i was able to find them in settings, sounds, ringtones , after a while i deleted them from my pc and i updated my ios version . Now whenever i open my ringtones i dont find them, however i can see them on my iphone through Itools program and itunes but im unable to open them or export them to my pc. When i try to play them on itools i get an error of its a .m4r file and cant play it.

So please anyone who have any solution or anything to help me with i would be very grateful because i recorded some of my young daughters laughs and sings and i cant get them back.

Thanks

I'm guessing you have to transfer them using iTunes. Some third party apps are not compatible with iOS and OSX. In iTunes you drag the ringtone files to the ringtone folder.

A!
