I have a 15-inch mid 2009 MacBook Pro running OS 10.9 Mavericks.

Currently I have a 500 GB hard drive. What's the highest capacity hard drive I can put in it? 1 TB or 2 TB?

Links to recommended drives on tigerdirect would be great.
