Safari Help needed

Safari

Ok, I have one thing that really annoys me about Safari! When I start the program up, or create a new window it appears half way down the screen!!! Why does it do this?? I want new windows to be tiled above the existing window + appear at the top of the screen. How can I do this??

lol my screen starts about 2cm down and a cm to the left..thats a centimetre by the way...

i cant believe people are on their back. these
guys care. who know what their motives are...
i think there ethical. i just love minimizing all
the chrom and just having the web page title bar...i use cocoa gestures to navigatre with the wave of a hand

everything even go to specific urls ...anything you can find under a menu buttont or what ever.
what...i need to use the SAFARI spell checker..
and all this for free from a company that is
THE BEST software maker in the world. as
far as highart in software design is concerned.
its beautiful and wicked
