Have you connected the included USB cable (it would've come with the monitor) from the monitor to the iMac? It needs both the video cable, and the USB cable.

I have connect it with the Mini-Display-Port. If I connect it with the included USB cable I will lose one USB port.

Ok, I get it now. The included USB cable uses a different connection at the Dell Display.
WOW! Amazing! Again learned something today. Everything works fine now.

You can't expect USB to work if you don't connect it to your Mac.

And you are not going to lose one port by doing it, as USB in and USB out is not the same shape/connector.

The "USB in" is #8 in the attached picture. Displayport does not carry USB.
