15" pb ram difference

With apple updating the ram to ddr, how big of a difference will that make in performance between the sdram?

Not much because what apple really did was in *lam-o terms* fake the DDR, apple really doesn't do a great job adding DDR so they don't add total support (lack of preformance) but it does show.

DDR is better than SD for many factors, such as it is DDR!
hehe, nah it is better.

Would you say its a good enough reason to wait around for the 15 inch pb then?

Just look at the XBench reports showing ram speed. It makes quite a difference. Especially the added bus speed. Also remember the system bus allows DMA(Direct Memmory Access) to many important subsystems i.e. video, hard drive, etc..
