iPhone Weather.app doesn't open.

When I launch, immediately crashes. I was using Appsync and afc2add but removed. Still can't open. Safari, Mail etc. works fine. I'm using 4S with 7.0.6

Check your calculator app as we'll I had this same problem and the only way I got it fixed was to update to 7.1.1 when I got a new iPhone

Calculator is working, only solution I found is to create another Weather.app with Weather2.app name, but it can be deleted and the real one is still at springboard. I would never update to 7.1.1.
