Unlocked it on launch day with a third party unlocking service. Noticed today when trying to unlock my wife's 5 that third party services are not really available anymore or if they are it runs you like $100.

Thinking of picking up a 6 when it launches. What do you all think I could get for this on craigslist?

It won't be worth more compared to a year-old iPhone than in the previous years. For a long time, unlocking services cost $100 and unlocked iPhones were selling for quite a premium even when unlocking cost a few bucks.

The only thing that would keep the price a little lower would be the warranty being somewhat short. That being said I'd be surprised if you couldn't get at least 600. In perfect condition with box. I sold mine for 730
