1 x month my mac book pro completely freezes. this is a new machine since oktober

I'm guessing there is no hardware damage and apple won't help me

are you guys experiencing this to?

never had this before with my 2011 model

I'd contact AppleCare support and see if they can run a diagnostic and figure out what the problem is. A working computer shouldn't freeze under normal conditions.

2 times already this week --"


I also noticed a big increase of temperature , already after 15 mins my macbook runs hot , around 69 degrees.

Will go to a genious later this week!

Pretty common problem. It's usually the mainboard or logic board.
