I have an PM MDD and i cant find the dev apps like make ect where can i find them?

You should have had a CD with your PM labeled up Developer Tools, you can install them from there.

the latest one is the december 2002 developer tools and I found the installer in the Applications folder (when I got my iBook).

You should find them in Macintosh HD -> Applications -> Installers -> Developer Tools
