In iOS 8 (both betas) I have this issue of audio not continuing to play in the background when I exit Safari, or sleep my iPhone. I've searched the web and haven't seen anyone acknowledge this bug, so I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this? I've tried all the old tricks that would usually work on iOS7, but I've had no luck.

(Specifically referring to not being able to stream music from Grooveshark, or listen to audio from YouTube videos)

Yes! You're not the only one - my iPad mini doesn't play Safari audio out of Safari one when sleeping -- both betas. (Trying to play Rainy Mood here)

Glad I'm not the only one!

It's going to be really disappointing if they disable background audio in iOS 8.

They did the same thing in iOS 6, while iOS 5 worked fine.
