Hi

Can anyone help. I've inserted a JPG of a letterhead into Word as a visual guide which has space for inputting address. How can I print the document, once i've typed in an address, but not print the JPG, just the address. The JPG is just a guide for the pre-printed letterheads with different addresses.

TIA

Pi

try transparency

From the "Home" menu select "Format Picture."

There you will see "Picture Styles." Make sure your cursor is positioned so that the program knows you want your .jpg file. Choose the "transparency" slider. Slide it to the right to make it transparent.

Your picture/.jpg won't be visible when you print.
