I don't speak a word of Spanish, but what i think you are trying to say is 'Is that a new OSX look that the pics of iPhoto2 at Thinksecret show?'

He's saying that the iPhoto 2 GUI looks different in the pics posted at ThinkSecret than the normal OS X GUI. The thing is, and arn explained this already in the thread about these pics, is that the guy was using a themer to change the whole OS X GUI.
The GUI differences are due to that and not new stuff in iPhoto.
