Quicktime Broadcaster 1.5.2 not working on my i7 Macbook Air

Hi, I install Quicktime Broadcaster 1.5.2 on my 2013 i7 Macbook Air. For some reasons, it doesn't detect the iSight camera, everything under Video button are dimmed, please see attached image. Does anyone know why? BTW, all other apps such as PhotoBooth have no trouble with the builtin iSight.
