I've been searching for a while now trying to find a power bank (battery bank) for my iPhone5 that will also charge using a lightning cable.

The problem I have with my current lipstick-style power bank is that I need to carry two cables - #1 the lightning cable to charge my iPhone5 and #2 the microUSB cable to charge the battery bank. I would really like to find one that has the ability to charge and BE charged with the same lightning cable just by switching it end for end.

I've searched Amazon, Ebay, Google and MacRumors and all I can find is people discussing mAH ratings or those massive bulky "battery in a case" units which make your iPhone huge, but nowhere does anybody every seem to have the same request as me. I can't truly be the only one out there who finds it annoying having to carry two cables? Please help!

Thanks

Thanks for the recommendations.

The "Tylt ENERGI 5K+" looks like it needs a regular USB cable to charge it.
The "Tylt IP5PPLANT-T POWERPLANT" needs an AC adapter to charge it.

The "Skiva and MyCharge RFAM-0166"s looks good in terms of not needing to carry a second cord.

What I'm really hoping for is to get one of those "lipstick" style cylinder tube chargers but instead of having a USB port and micro-USB port it would have a USB port and a Lighting port. Then I could just take my regular USB to lightning cable and either plug it into the USB port to charge my phone and switch it around and plug it into the lighting to charge the actual unit. I can't find anything like this. There are a million that have microUSB and regular USB, but none that have lightning and regular USB

Nifty cable. :) kinda like the Apple micro USB to lightning adapter, but cheaper.

Oops, read the reviews. Maybe not so nifty.
