iPad Is it technically possible to make an iPad connect to internet via Ethernet?

I understand that iOS as it comes doesn't support Ethernet.

But is it possible to program a hack to get internet through the USB port? (using a ethernet-to-usb adapter)

Is there anything like that already available on Cydia?

Starting with iOS 6, you can connect the Apple USB to Ethernet adapter to the iPad via the Camera Connection Kit's USB adapter. That will then allow you to connect your iPad via Ethernet.
