iPhone Better WiFi7

I think it's listed as a conflict so when trying to install BetterWifi7, it uninstalls Wifi Booster
I don't believe there's ever been an option/tweak to do that specifically. It's a stock thing. Apple designed it to conserve power when your screen is off.
If there is an app you are trying to use in the background while on WiFi when the screen goes off there are other tweaks that can keep them running in the background with the screen off.
My understanding of Insomnia (great tweak) is that it's more of a shotgun approach. It keeps everything running in the background instead of just specific apps or tweaks.
That can impact battery life. Just saying.
Oh, sorry, I didn't realize. I have BetterWiFi (the iOS 6 version) so I just assumed.

Thanks both. I use movie box and bbc iplayer , so when downloading I want to keep my wifi on. I think insomnia has a flipcontrol switch.
I use Background Manager, if that's of any interest to you. It will work even if your phone is locked and the screen is off.
I use it mainly to keep my music streaming apps running.
