Bought a 13 inch air today and wanted to see what insurance was best. It seems like squaretrade is a bargain compared to geek squad.

Any opinions or experiences?

If you have homeowner's/renter's insurance, you might be able to take out a "personal items policy" under that. I have State Farm, and the policy for my MBP is about $35/year.

Are you looking for actual insurance - or a warranty ? Two totally different things.

Sorry- looking for warrantee, not insurance.

This question is asked like every week.

If u paid with AX, automatic double original warrantee.

Otherwise it sounds like everybody just do it through Apple. Read the fine prints, for the most part it covers hardware failure but not accidental damage (your fault).
