Program to clean out files?

Im just looking for a free program to clean out unnecessary files that may have built up after use. Temporary files or old updaters, etc.

I don't know about cleaning out caches, but DeLocalizer can clear up a lot of free space.

Thanks for that.

Not quite what I was looking for.. but I saved 343 mb just by removing japanese dutch finnland...ish.. and some weird ones. I'd recommend everyone to do that.
