iPad controllers for all not working

hi, i cant get controllers for all to sync with my ps3 controller. all i get is 'email pairing instructions' and have already used the sixaxis pair tool. i get a flashin blutooth icon on the ipad when i press the ps button but dont get sync with the ps3 controller. i have snes9x installed and the ps3 controller works with the built in syncing software, would this be conflicting as i have uninstalled snes9x and reinstalled bstack but still wont work. what am i doing wrong? i am running jailbroken 7.1.2.
