I recently purchased the new MacBook Pro 13" with an upgraded i7 3.0ghz processor and 16gb of ram. Basically a fully loaded MBP. Is This capable of handling adobe premiere and after effects and photoshop without issue?

I edit short videos, anywhere between 5 to 10 minutes in premiere.

In after effects I do basic keying and green screen work.

In photoshop I do normal photo editing.

Thanks!
