name.part1.rar
name.part2.rar

etc.

There is nothing wrong with the files. Every multi-rar files I've ever downloaded and tried to unzip them on mac always ends up with the message 'incomplete' or 'corrupted' or 'error' or 'missing'.

I've used Unarchiver and every other program to no avail. It's not the files, the programs, it's the system. Anyone have a solution?

What Mac OS X version do you use?

I never had a problem with unarchiving multi-part RAR or ZIP files with The Unarchiver.
Do you use the latest available version of it for your OS X version?

I'm on 10.9.4

3.9.1 on Unarchiver.

Do I have to download bootcamp and get windows or something? This is ridiculous.

This is the biggest mystery on earth right now.

On occasion I have problems with unarchver also so I use Keka which always works. It's free and basically GUI for 7zip.
