5S Suddenly having sound issues while recording video

Not sure what to do here. I cleaned out the microphone hole in back of camera may have had something stuck in it, but it is still not fixing the sound issue. Very muffled recording and you have to be fairly close to it to pick up the sound.
Any idea how to fix this?
