Replaced Battery, Now Bottom Mic Doesn't Work

I bought a battery from ifixit.com, and installed it using their directions. Everything went well, but now during a call people can't hear me. It does work when I have it on speakerphone. Don't know what could have happened?

Im guessing you might have damaged the charger port/mic assembly when removing the battery? That part can be replaced pretty cheap if I remember correctly.

Replacing the battery was pretty easy and I was careful about it. Didn't think I damaged anything, but to be sure, I then replaced the mic/dock/jack port assembly. Still no sound during calls or voice memos.
