Can't install or update apps

Anyone else seeing this? Updates tab say All apps up to date, when I try to install an app it just hangs on the spinner.

Happened about two weeks into beta 5. Bit annoying, but I can live until GM. Just wondered if I'm the only one or if anyone has any potential solutions ala the iTunes fix with iExplore.

had the same issue, reseted all settings and everything went back to normal. pretty annoying thing, tho.
