Using internet upload during charge

Hello. My girlfriend has an iPhone 5c. I thought our internet was at fault for the last week but it turns out it's her iphone using all upload bandwidth when it's on charge. I installed the free netstat app and it showed a connection to compute.amazon -- this concerns me.... She doesn't seem to have any dodgy applications.

What can I do to find out what/why this is happening?
