PC Battery life from a Powerbook

I am getting a PC like hour and 5 minutes on my powerbook. I've had it alittle over a year so i really do not understand why it dropped so much. when i first got it i'd get about 2 and half. Am i going to need to get a new battery? I've tried reseting the power managment but hasn't improved it. Any ideas

Ummm

Run your battery life down to NOTHING. Then fully charge it.

Angry Same problem . .

I have the same problem with my powerbook -- it use to have 2+ hours of battery life -- these days I'm lucky to get 1 hr & 10 minutes. I've reset the power management, fully drained and recharged the battery, etc.

Any suggestions?
