Where did I hear that?
I've tried several searches of the forum ... to no avail.
I thought I caught a comment about renting telephoto lenses to customers who are going on an African Safari or whatever. I know that I can find businesses who's willing to rent the equipment; what I'm more interested in is the feedback on what focal lengths were found to be effective for the generic "African Safari" application...I'm hoping that the ~420mm max effective of my (20D+1.4x+70-200mm f/2.8 IS) combination is good enough for such a jaunt. -hh |
