Hello

I have OS X Yosemite Public Beta 3 installed on a MBA 11" half-2012 and iOS 8 on an iPhone 5. I can call from OS X FaceTime using the iPhone, to regular phone lines.

But how can I send text messages (SMS) to regular mobile phones? I mean not iMessage. From Messages on OS X if I type a regular mobile number as recipient, it turns to red as I did on previous OS X and I can't send anything.

How can send SMS from OS X using my iPhone?

Thank you!

Ok thank you!

I really wonder why they did this...I know some people had issues with it, but for me it worked flawlessly since dp 6. Also they didn't disable any other features like the easy tethering, handoff, or phone calls. Kinda weird. At least it gives me something to look forward to when Yosemite really comes out.
