I have a gen3 ATV, when watching netflix or HBO-Go how can I turn CC on-off?
Sometimes a CC menu will show up when I use the ATV remote, but I cannot for the life of me get the CC menu to show up when I want to.

When watching a title press and hold down the select (center) button on the remote and the closed captioning menu will appear.
