I wish and hope that they begin sales in October rather than November but that won't happen.

Same here. Returned my Surface Pro 3 expecting to see something cool in October. But most likely, they'll just add this new touch ID thing and change almost nothing else because they'll have harder time finding an improvement for the 2015 ipads. I even doubt that they'll boost the RAM to 2gb.

Not sure if I am the only one who was unaware of this.. I honestly can't wait :(

I think you might be the only one not aware, yes.

You're wrong. They could just do a silent release on the store instead of dedicating an entire event to it then.

The changes to the iPad this year will be big. It may look about the same outside but it'll be improved from top to bottom.

I kind of hope the upgraded mini has the same shape-- I have LOT of cases!

you might be in luck. i expect them to align the design changes of the air and the mini from now on. (basically the same design with different size)

and the air is too young for a design change.

I want Apple to use the iPhone 6 curved edge design on the iPad Air and mini. A curved edge design is the design Apple should use from now on.

That curved edge design is a copy from the Nokia N9 from 3 years ago. They should sue apple.

And what do you think if Jim Dalrymple's "Nope"?

Same. I've wanted wanted, and wanted to buy an Air for almost 7 months now lol. I keep holding out until I see the next one. I hope the wait pays off.

The iPad is expected to have a 9.7 inch screen, while the new version of the iPad mini will have a 7.9 inch screen, Bloomberg earlier reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

Oh my, these article always provide such groundbreaking information.
