I am from India and I have an used iPhone 3GS which is a US carrier locked model which I got fully unlocked by the previous owner with iOS 6.0 but today I reset it because I wanted to sell it to someone else and I took it to a shop which jailbreaked it and installed Cydia as well as update it to iOS 6.1 but he said the WiFi switch and bluetooth is greyed out and he needs the WiFi to update the baseband version.Without it the iPhone just shows No Service when sim is inserted.I told him everything was working fine before he jailbreaked it and now the WiFi is completely greyed out in off position and no sim cards are working either.I tried the network reset but it didnt work.Is there any way to restore the WiFi/bluetooth functionality and the network service? I am a complete noob to jailbreaking so any help is appreciated.
Edit: also tried the 15 minutes in freezer technique to no avail.
