I upgraded to IOS 8 yesterday before I was aware of all the warnings. My iPhone 4S froze and I had to do a factory reset. It took ages and needless to say a lot of elements needed attention (passwords etc)
Seems people had been posting that IOS 8 only caused problem with the 6 phone. It is not true.
Upgrading was a real pain.
