Help with LAUNCHER

I saw a thread on this APP and wanted someone to help walk me through adding new icons to my notification center.

mostly i want to add location services so its easy to just turn on and off. i entered the extension on the app but it still doesnt work.

Can someone give me a step by step on how to add stuff to launcher?
