Recently I bought applecare plus and got rid of TEP that charged a crazy 11 dollars a month with 200 dollar deductible. When I had my note 2, sprint never wanted to service my phone . there solution was to call asurion and pay $200 deductible or be without the phone, for forever who knows how long.
