I've started purchasing movies and television series' via the iTunes Store, but I've discovered that each video file comes loaded with fields containing tag data that iTunes doesn't provide an option to edit ("Actors", "Plot Summary", "Studio", et cetera). I'm pedantic about the way my digital media assets are stored, so it annoys me that I'm unable to change this information, particularly when so much of it contains errors (typos...).

Is anyone able to provide me with a way to edit/remove all tag data attached to video files? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
