Try to do some research before asking a question, you might wanna start with the first page on the JB section, several threads on a 8.x JB
Yes of course you can JB it, in fact most people recommend it, as it brings a slew of new feature to the 4s! I am especially enjoying the new laser, the fact that I can now charge the phone in the microwave oh and there is a new app making it waterproof
