All OSX releases prior to yosemite have networked with my windows computers, on a home network, flawlessly.

Yosemite seems to have broken that.

On one Mac, one of the two computers that my 10.9 connected to previously can't be found, even though the name is there.
On my second Mac, it can't find either of the two windows computers I have.

Nothing I have tried is working. The names of the windows computers hasn't changed. Yet one Mac computer can connect to one of the other window computers. When I try telling the other mac to use that name, it can't find it.

HELP???

I may have posted the above to early. I'm fairly certain that the problem lies with Microsoft. As it turns out, neither of my MS machines can see each other either. So that tells me the failure to connect is a MS problem.

Anybody know the best way to notify MS of the problem, I.E. bug report?
