I'm creating my bootable Yosemite install disk now (I want a fresh install).

I noticed something strange. When I open the contents of the installer app and look in the .plist file, it says build number 14A387. I thought i was supposed to be 89. The last developer candidate was name 88b, I think.

What build numbers do you guys have out there?

Don't worry about 14A387. Technically it's an alpha (albeit a rather advanced alpha) - one which was never released to anyone. It is what was used to make the final version with build 14A389.
