I just bought the SLVR L7 from Cingular, and it iTunes won't recognize it. I did all the troubleshooting suggestions on the website, which included formatting the transflash card, uninstalling/reinstalling iTunes (i have 6.0.2-latest), and reseting the phone. It still won't recognize. I noticed however, when i connect via USB, that it jumps around menus on the phone and switches between the iTunes screen, the "do not disconnect" screen, and the main screen. And it always seems to bug out when I try to just open the phone and view it as a drive. The settings on the phone are for memory card as well, not fax/whatever. Anybody else have this problem?
I'm thinking it's just a bad unit, and I'll return it and get another one.
