Buying a new Mac - best for video editing?

Hi guys,

I'm in the market for a new Mac. I do video editing (videos of up to 10 mins in length, .h264 1920x1080) and my current Mac Mini (mid 2011) struggles at times.

Here's what I'm eyeing up (which is pretty much within my budget). I'm keen to know the forum's views on which one would do the best video editing job for me:
