Which Folding App. to use for clustering?!?

Ok, I just clustered a G4 400 and a G4 500 in my house. Im using Pooch to do it. It works great.

Now, which folding program should I use to utilize this?

Are there any other cool apps to use for this?
 
Well...

I tried running folding GUI on both machines, but it seems they are working on different proteins. Not working together.

Anyone have any info?
