iPad Anti-reflective coating + screen protector

I have had every iteration of the iPad (except 4th gen) and have ordered my Air 2 for delivery this week......

I have always used screen protectors to guard against unwanted scuffs and scratches, but am wondering on the Air 2 if use of a screen protector will render the anti-reflective coating on the Air 2 useless?

Any ideas?

I always use the Media Devil crystal screen protectors (on all my devices).
