Any way to put iPhoto photos on a large, wall mounted touch display?

I'd like to somehow display my iPhoto library on a large, wall mounted touch display. I want to be able to use the Places feature, that shows pins on the world map, and be able to touch/interact with that on a wall. Maybe something at least 24" in size.

In ideas on how this could be done?

Mac Mini connected to a non-touch 4K monitor with a Leap Controller mounted above or below the monitor? Thoughts?
