Dr.Fone Icloud Recovery problem with Ios8

Hi,

I could not find the answer from Dr.Fone website and wondering if someone can help me.
I am using Dr.Fone 5.1 for Ios.
I could recovery everything from icloud what they claim including messages, contact etc but since I updated my phone to IoS8, i can only recovery call history, app photo, messages attachment but could not recovery messages, contact etc.

Any idea why?
