Hello Mac users!
I hope you can help me. I bought a iBook G4 back in Fall 2005 and just recently tried to get back on to it. I could not remember my main account's password, so I had to go through and set up a new account. Pain in the neck.... Well, now I have no access to System Preference (because I blocked it through my old account) and I need to update my system.
My Mac:
Mac OS X
Version 10.4.11
Processor 1.33 GHz PowerPC G4
Memory 512 MB Built-in
Issues:
- Cannot access System Preference [blocked through old account]
- NetBlockade when trying to view videos
- Cannot find a JavaScript or Adobe Shockwave to update video viewing capabilities
- Anti-Virus protection out of date - need a new one and AVG Free does not have a good one available for 10.4
These are the issues I have with this computer. Can anyone help?
