iOS iOS 7.1 Simulator download

Hi,

Does anyone have a working link to the iOS 7.1 Simulator? I can only find 8 on Apple's site.

If I try to download through Xcode (Preferences > Downloads) then it just stalls with no error message.

Help!

I obviously need more caffeine as I should've been able to figure that out myself! Thanks; downloading now
