Mac Leopard Installer. Loop.

I'm running AHT (holding D key down during start-up) to get my iMac running. Although I was on Snow Leopard i'm starting with Leopard disc 1.

I can get as far as 'Mac Leopard Installer' and there I enter a continuous loop of 'terms and conditions'- 'select a destination' - (selected 10.5.2 disc 1) grey screen - gear wheel - blue screen - disc utility - then back to 'terms and conditions et cetera.
